● 產(chǎn)品編號及規(guī)格:

● 產(chǎn)品簡介:

本產(chǎn)品是由6條帶狀雙鏈DNA條帶組成,適用于瓊脂糖凝膠電泳中DNA條帶的分析。產(chǎn)品中已含有1×loading buffer,可根據(jù)實驗需要,直接取2-5μl電泳,使用方便,電泳圖像清晰。6條帶的大小分別為100250,500,750,1000,2000bp。其中750bp條帶為100ng/5μl,顯示加亮帶,其余條帶濃度50ng/5μl


● 使用方法:

1. 2-5μl本產(chǎn)品加入到瓊脂糖凝膠的加樣孔中(每1mm×1mm加樣孔加1μl,如果加樣孔寬于

5mm,可以適當增加上樣量)就行電泳。

2. 建議電泳條件:凝膠濃度為1.5-2.0%,凝膠長度5-7cm,電泳電壓4-10v/cm,電泳時間15-20

分鐘。

3. 通過EB染色后紫外燈下觀察條帶。

注:如果使用Goldview等染料就行染色,由于靈敏度比EB低,請酌情增加Marker的上樣量。

● 注意事項:

1. 瓊脂糖的質(zhì)量對DNA的電泳有很大影響,電泳時請盡量使用質(zhì)量優(yōu)等的瓊脂糖。

 

2. 使用新鮮配制的電泳緩沖液和新鮮配制的瓊脂糖凝膠進行電泳,以保證Marker良好的分離效果。
