● Introduction：
ABAis involved in several physiological mechanisms including seed dormancy, leaf
abscission, stomatal movement, and plant stress responses. Through complex
interactions with several intracellular signaling systems, it can regulate the
expression of hundreds of plant genes. Natural ABA [(+)-ABA] is dextrorotatory（右旋）. The synthetic ABA [(±)-ABA] is a mixture of (+)-ABA and (-)-ABA.
● Stability:
The ABA power should
be stored at-20℃and protected from light for at
least 3 years. TheABAsolutions are stable for1 year at least when stored at-20 °Cand protected from light.
● ABA母液配制方法：
1
mg/ml ABA母液：配制量 10 ml
取10 mg (±)ABA粉末置于合適容器中，加入2
ml 無水乙醇至粉末徹底溶解，緩慢加入雙蒸水，邊加邊混勻，最后用水定容至10
ml。0.22μm水系濾膜抽濾除菌后，適量分裝-20℃避光保存。
